Hi, I'm Ifie

A writer, storyteller, and creativangelist, somewhere between Nola Darling, Lauryn Hill, and Jesus Christ.

I was born and raised in Smyrna, GA [15 mins outside of Atlanta. In a post Omeretta society, you have to very specific],  I’m a proud first-generation Nigerian American, and a true 80’s born millennial.

My perspective is a unique blend of cultures, eras, and experiences—shaped as much by my Nigerian roots & soul of Atlanta as by the generational quirks that come with being a millennial. [Once upon a time, millennials got a bad rep, but we’re forever grateful to Gen Z for swooping in and taking that burden from our shoulders. We’re the cool kids now.]

The truth is, who I am and when I was born have given me a fresh, original take on the world, and I’m all about embracing that mix.

I’ve spent over a decade blending the worlds of arts, entertainment, and strategy, weaving stories that hit the soul. Whether I’m crafting content for brands, producing feel-good films, or helping creative entrepreneurs find their voice, I’m all about bringing ideas to life in ways that spark connection and inspire change.

I run two businesses that fuel my passion for creativity and wellness. IfieNatasha is my home for all things writing, content strategy, and storytelling. And Beautiful Human is my playground for curating wellness, healing, and play experiences for creative leaders – blending the arts with expression to help leaders and entrepreneurs discover their purpose, share stories, and thrive.

As a spoken word artist and the author of three books, I’ve been fortunate enough to see my work featured in platforms like ABCNews and various Medium publications. In 2014, I hosted a small dinner party, where drinks and deep conversation led to the birth of something magical. Since then, I’ve partnered with women to curate intimate retreats and pop-up events that foster connection and possibility.

Beyond the world of words, I’m a certified yoga instructor, fitness lover, and serial show-watcher. When I’m not crafting content or producing creative experiences, you’ll find me on long walks in nature or cozying up in bed for my fifteenth watch of Insecure.

If you’re looking to identify purpose, breathe new life into your soul, or just want to talk creativity, wellness, or soul care, I’m your person. Let’s make something unforgettable together.
