My work in film production began with a simple intention: to tell true, authentic, and unique stories of everyday people. In the early days, the quality wasn’t always perfect as I learned and experimented. But through that process, I’ve built a portfolio of films that highlight our shared humanity — stories that are raw, honest, and deeply connective. Each project is a reminder that what unites us is often found in the details of our everyday lives.
Power to the People, 2018
This music video is a father’s anthem and a tribute to community, friendship, and the men showing up through everyday life and struggle.
A Father's Story, 2019
A father’s story of breaking cycles — reflecting on his own father while choosing to be present and rewrite the narrative for his child.
Star-C, 2019
A peak inside the beautiful Star C at Stratford Ridge and the space they hold for their community.
A Brooklyn Story, 2020
A mini doc filmed during the first 45 days of the pandemic. I sat down with my 4-year-old to ask her who she is and what she loves.
Road to 40: Kristin Denise, 2021
I produced Road to 40 for Kristin Denise — a mini doc series exploring what it really means to approach a milestone birthday, and the experiences that shaped her along the way.
Dr. Maryam M. Jernigan-Noesi, 2022
Dr. Maryam wanted her clients to see more than her title — she wanted them to know her story. So we created a short film to capture the woman behind the work.
